Kenn is a Member of IBANZ (Insurance Brokers Association of New Zealand)

At all times a broker who is a member of the IBANZ shall comply with the following criteria:

• Project the profession as ethical and above reproach.
• Be impartial and able, without hindrance or favour, to provide each client with proper insurance advice.
• Provide a professional service to clients.
• Comply with legislation which regulates the insurance industry of New Zealand.
• Maintain the highest ethical standards and the utmost good faith in all activities including clients, prospective clients, insurers, other members of the Association.
• Have Qualified Staff with an extensive knowledge of insurance contracts and practices, achieved through QPIB standards upheld by IBANZ (Qualified Practising Insurance Broker) maintained yearly and continued commitments to training & education.
• As members, we are bound by IBANZ Code of Practice, which sets minimum and ethical standards for its members for professionalism, and any complaints, disputes, or conflicts of interest, and which upholds an independent Complaints and Disciplinary Committee. All members and clients have right of uninhibited access to the Complaints & Disciplinary Committee.
