Meeting God

A little boy decided he wanted to meet God. So he packed his backpack/rucksack with some soda and some chocolates and off he went.

He walked through a park with lots of trees and flowers and finally he saw an old woman sitting on a park-bench. He decided to have a break and sat down on the bench next to the old woman. He unpacked his backpack and took out the soda and drank. The old woman looked longingly at the drink, so he offered it to her. She smiled. The boy took out the chocolate and started to eat. Again the old lady looked longingly at the chocolate and so the boy shared it with her, too. The lady smiled some more. The boy smiled back and they sat in silence, both very happy and smiling.

When it got dark, the little boy started to leave, walked away a bit from the old lady, turned around and waved. The old lady smiled and waved back. After a few steps the boy reconsidered and ran back to her and gave her a big huge hug. The old lady had tears in her eyes and positively beamed with joy. The boy waved some more and went home.

When the old lady got home her son asked her, “Mom, how was your day“ She said, “It was awesome, I think I met God.“

When the boy got home, his Mom asked him “How was your day?“ He said, “Today I met God and She has the most amazing smile.”
