Confirmation takes but a moment then the printed words dance across the pages and details of dates and times and places soon sit safely in my eager little hand.

Sometimes, GOD your path is hard to find. Too many options lie before me like chess pieces waiting to be moved. I look at the possibilities and keep hoping to see a green light flashing above one of them.

I admit that I am impatient, God I would rather just know instead of working through the process of discerning and deciding. You remind me that you have not abandoned me that you are vitally committed to me.

You say that birth takes time, that if I try to fast-forward, I will miss out on all the interesting bits that will help me grow.

I sigh, knowing you are right, so turn again to face the opportunities believing you will give me all the wisdom, energy and skills I need. Believing I will know the joy of finding the path that is right for me.
